A boy name that starts with an "L" mmm that is dificult:) I used to know a person whose name is Aysam. When I asked him about the meaning of his name he said that, his mother loved the name haytham and as she wanted a name that starts with an "A" to match his brothers' names, she simply changed the H for an A:)
So you can simply chose any name you like and change the initional sound with "L":))
My son is sitting beside me now and is suggesting the name "Lary" like the lion in his story "Lary Lion":))

My cousin is called Aysam too. not sure how my aunt called him, he once told me about its meaning but I cant remember it now
So replacing the first letter with "L" is a quite good idea, but specially the "L" letter will make any name looks Funny
